Is there any University ranking in Australia? |
There is no officially recognized ranking system for the universities in Australia. In Australia there are only 38 Universities most of them funded by government. Each university has got its own respective faculties which do not need to be ranked. It is up to the aspirants to decide the specialization, the university and the city, which they intend to take up their course.

When is the intake? |
Generally the major intakes are in the month of February and July every year. However, the courses like MBA and Hotel Management, intakes happen in the month of April and October which is subject to availability of the seats. |

Is IELTS and TOEFL are required? |
Yes, Australian Universities do accept TOEFL or IELTS however Australian high commission considers IELTS as one of the major criteria for studying in Australia. |

What is the eligibility for admission? |
For Diploma and bachelors course minimum of 12th std is considered. For masters by course work, appropriate bachelors and work experience required. The students who want to do research in interested field should have relevant bachelors’ qualification, as well as a research proposal along with a brief resume. Apart from sound academics one should clear IELTS /TOEFL score cut off as prescribed by the University. |

What can I take with me? |
Once, the students enter Australia they are subject to the general rules of the quarantine department of the country. Students are not allowed to carry with them animal skin, dairy products, seeds, etc. However one can carry all the important items like footwear, cloths, beddings, utensils, books etc. |

Can I get credit for my previous education? |
Yes, credits are given to the deserving students. The student has to go through the syllabus of the particular field from the university to avail the credit; the university will retrieve both and make decision on the credit levels. |
